I’ve booked a training course online. How do I manage/edit my booking?

Where can I find my training course booking?

  • Click on shop in the top menu
  • Log in to your account by clicking ‘Login’ in the top menu.
  • Once you have logged in, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your ‘My Account’ page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Order History’ and ‘Course Details’.
  • Under ‘Order History’, you can access your sales receipt.
  • Under ‘Course Details’, you can select ‘Add Delegate(s)’, where you can input the required delegate details. You can also select ‘Edit Booking’, where you have the option to change the course date, change the delegate, or change the course date and delegate together. Please note: this can only be amended once by the account holder. if you need to amend these details more than once, then you must contact customer services and an amendment fee will be charged.

How do I add delegates?

  • If you are on the Confirmation Page, please click ‘Add delegates/dietary requirements’ under ‘Your Courses’.
  • If you are in ‘My Account’, please scroll down to ‘Course Details’ at the bottom of the page, and click ‘Add Delegate(s)’.
  • On the ‘Add Delegate(s)’ page, you will be able to add in the required details for the additional delegates.
  • Please enter their full name, preferred email address, a contact number, the company name, dietary requirements and any special requirements into the designated fields. Please note: if you are booking on behalf of other delegates, you must enter a valid email address for each delegate in order for them to get their training course confirmation email and course materials.
  • Once you have entered the required details for the additional delegates, please click ‘Save’.

How do I add dietary requirements?

  • If you are on the ‘Confirmation Page’, please click ‘Add delegates/dietary requirements’ under ‘Your Courses’.
  • If you are in ‘My Account’, please scroll down to ‘Course Details’ at the bottom of the page and click ‘Add Delegate(s)’.
  • On the ‘Add Delegate(s)’ page, you will be able to add your dietary requirements by selecting an option from the ‘Dietary Requirements’ drop-down menu.
  • If you have booked a training course for additional delegates, you can also enter their dietary requirements on this page.
  • Once you have entered the dietary requirements and/or additional delegates, please click ‘Save’.

How do I change a course date once a training course has been booked?

  • If you need to change the date for a training course that you have booked, you can amend this under ‘My Account’. Please note: this can only be amended once by the account holder. if you need to amend these details more than once, then you must contact customer services and an amendment fee will be charged.

  • Once you have logged in, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your ‘My Account’ page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Order History’ and ‘Course Details’.
  • Under ‘Course Details’, select ‘Edit Booking’.
  • Under ‘Edit Booking’, select ‘Change Course’.
  • Select the delegate whose course date needs to be changed. (If there are multiple delegates whose course date needs to be changed, then you will need to do this for one delegate at a time.)
  • Once you have selected the delegate, select the new course date from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter any additional remarks, if needed.
  • Click ‘Update’.
  • You will be able to see the amendments at the bottom of the page under ‘Modified Bookings’.

How do I change a delegate once a training course has been booked?

  • If you need to change a delegate on a training course that you have booked, you can amend this under ‘My Account’. Please note: this can only be amended by the account holder.

  • Once you have logged in, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your ‘My Account’ page.
  • At the bottom of this page, you will be able to see your ‘Order History’ and ‘Course Details’.
  • Under ‘Course Details’, select ‘Add/Change Delegate(s)’.
  • Select the delegate whose details need to be changed. (If there are multiple delegates whose details need to be changed, then you will need to do this for one delegate at a time.)
  • Once you have selected the delegate whose details need to be changed, you will then need to enter the new delegate’s name, email address, contact number, company name, dietary requirements, special requirements and any remarks. Please note: if you are booking on behalf of other delegates, you must enter a valid email address for each delegate in order for them to get their training course confirmation email and course materials.
  • Click ‘Update’.
  • You will be able to see the amendments at the bottom of the page under ‘Modified Bookings’.

How do I change a delegate and course date together once a training course has been booked?

  • If you need to change the delegate and the date for a training course that you have booked, you can amend this under ‘My Account’. Please note: this can only be amended once by the account holder. if you need to amend these details more than once, then you must contact customer services and an amendment fee will be charged.
