Overview: This ITIL Foundation exam voucher is for the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam.

Exam details: This voucher is for an online exam delivered by PeopleCert and includes OLP (online proctoring) and the ITIL® Foundation ITIL 4 Edition e-book. The 60-minute exam comprises 40 multiple-choice questions and has a pass mark of 65%.
