What’s included?

IT Governance’s ISO 27001 FastTrack™ service provides the resources and expertise your organisation needs to prepare for and achieve accredited certification to ISO 27001:2022 within three to six months for a fixed fee.

This service will be specially formulated for the size of your organisation and will help you build an ISMS ready to achieve ISO 27001 certification quickly and cost-effectively.

ISO 27001 FastTrack ensures you have an ISMS capable of certification. If you intend to seek certification, your chosen service can be extended with our ISO 27001 FastTrack Managed Service, which provides additional ongoing support through certification and beyond.

How does ISO 27001 FastTrack work?

Outsource the ongoing management of your ISMS to world-renowned ISO 27001 specialists.

This service provides an ISMS manager to help you manage your ISMS and develop it in line with your organisation’s needs. Our consultant will:

Manage and maintain your ISMS, including providing internal audit and other services;
Improve and customise your information security processes to address your specific risks and business objectives;
Facilitate management reviews and continual improvement processes;
Oversee a programme to improve information security awareness across the organisation; and
Help you develop the skills needed to manage, maintain and improve your ISMS.

The ISO 27001 FastTrack Managed Service

The service provides a dedicated ISO 27001 consultant, who will act as your ISMS manager and carry out the following:

Administering corrective and preventive actions.
Reviewing and updating ISMS documentation.
Facilitating management reviews.
Reviewing risk assessments.
Performing internal audits of the ISMS to assess whether the security controls are working as expected.
Advising how these controls can be improved.
Ensuring staff training and awareness sessions have been completed.
Acting as lead auditee for the external auditor during the certification audit and subsequent surveillance visits.

The service is delivered online. Any consultant expenses related to travel, if requested by the client, will be billed separately.
Requires annual subscriptions for CyberComply and elearning staff awareness training.
This support contract is applicable for a specific scope and size of organisation. Changes to staff numbers may increase the number of certification body audit days. IT Governance reserves the right to raise an additional invoice based on changes to staff numbers.
We guarantee that your ISMS will pass certification if you follow our advice, including reacting positively to findings from the audits we perform during the implementation process.
Our price is based on the assessment that many certification bodies only want evidence of a functioning internal audit process. However, if you choose to use a certification body that requires a full internal audit before certification, this may incur additional costs.
