Course overview

The Social Media Staff Awareness Human Patch Course

Recent high-profile incidents have proven that social media is increasingly associated with security risks and breaches. These range from staff accidentally leaking confidential information to criminal hackers gaining access through targeted phishing attempts.

To help prevent employee mistakes and stop criminal hackers from getting access to your confidential information, we developed the 15-minute Social Media Staff Awareness Human Patch Course.

Course objective

All users should be able to recognise the importance of using social media safely and securely, and be aware of some of the techniques they can use to achieve this.

Target audience

Non-specialist staff in all industries.

  • It is a cost-effective solution: multi-user licences and multi-year contracts are available upon request.
