The 90-minute CSI exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 70%. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (PEOPLECERT). Students must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate and have completed the CSI course before requesting their exam voucher.


Can exams be retaken?

If you fail the exam, you are able to resit it at an extra cost.

Prerequisites

Are there any prerequisites for this course?

Those wishing to study the CSI course should already hold the ITIL® Foundation certificate. A copy of the certificate will be requested upon purchase of this training course.
