The GDPR Gap Analysis Tool helps organisations kick-start their GDPR compliance project by assessing their current level of compliance with the Regulation, enabling them to clearly establish areas for development, and plan and prioritise their project effectively.

With different tabs for different stages, you can easily track your GDPR compliance requirements and begin to understand how they apply to your organisation.

What does the tool do?

• Features the following tabs: Introduction, About Your Business, Questions. The completed information is evaluated in the Graphs, Scores and Red Alerts tabs to show your level of assurance.
• The comprehensive GDPR RADAR methodology contains GDPR sections and control measures in line with the GDPR Regulation's criteria.
• Scoring statements are provided for each GDPR section control measure, which can easily be compared to your organisation’s current compliance level. An audit score can then be assigned based on these statements and their application.
• The tool analyses the data provided, representing it in graphs and scores and providing red alerts for areas where the level of assurance is not appropriate.
• Summaries of completed data provide clear direction for areas of development, and how you should plan and prioritise your project effectively.

The tool is in Excel format and is designed to work in any Microsoft environment. It does not need to be installed like software, and does not depend on complex databases; it relies on human involvement.
