Our switchboard team will either put you directly through to our customer service team or will take a message from you. All products on, and transactions through, this website are denominated in Euros (€), Norwegian Krona and Croatian Kuna. There is an option of settling in Euros, Norwegian Krona or Croatian Kuna at the exchange rate operated by our payment processor when paying. The payment processor price may be slightly different to that shown on the website due to exchange rates.


All products can be purchased by online through our site using a credit or debit card, through Worldpay - our payment provider's secure servers. We accept Amex (for Euros and Krona), Mastercard and Visa. Our online payment process is completely secure and our Comodo certificate gives you peace of mind - and we also deploy the latest secure payment card technology with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode - so, online shopping with IT Governance is as safe as houses! Please note: We only accept Amex transactions in Euros and Norwegian Krona.

You can also pay by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. You can fax a purchase to us and we will contact you to arrange payment. It is essential that you include your telephone number, e-mail address and your own name on your order, so that we can contact you to finalise payment arrangements.

We are also able to accept payment by PayPal - just choose the PayPal option in the checkout process. You can also use any card accepted by PayPal to pay us - just choose PayPal (below the credit card entry details section in the main checkout process) and follow the onscreen instructions.


LOCAL AUTHORITIES, GOVERNMENT, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, LISTED COMPANIES AND OTHERS can open a credit account with us. We'd be delighted to assist.

Purchases from within the UK are, where applicable, subject to UK VAT. (Books are zero-rated.)

Purchases from elsewhere within the EU are also subject to VAT although, if you provide your EU VAT number, you will not have to pay the VAT. 

Orders from outside the EU are not subject to VAT.

Our VAT number is GB 927 5935 83. You automatically receive a full VAT invoice from us with your purchase.

Products ordered through this site are (mostly) shipped from our Benelux warehouse. If we have to ship something from elsewhere, our shipping prices will be as though it was shipped from the Benelux warehouse.

Non-OGC eBooks and toolkits purchased by credit card are available for download as soon as you've cleared check out - unless we feel we need to seek evidence of cardholder authorisation of the purchase, in which case goods will be released as soon as we have received written authorisation from the named cardholder.

Policies and procedures on CD-ROM, and analogue books and other products, will be despatched within 24 hours of payment being cleared, using standard postage. Third party products that we have in stock will be also be despatched within 24 hours. Occasionally, when we run out of stock, we will despatch as soon as products are received from our suppliers, and we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
