Don’t have your own LMS (learning management system)? When you buy staff awareness courses, we host them for free on our LMS. Here’s how it works:
- Purchase online: Log in to your account on our website. If you have not purchased before, set up an account or apply for a corporate account first.
- Open your ‘thank you’ email: After your purchase, follow the link in your ‘thank you’ email to log in to your elearning account on our LMS. Check your junk folder if this does not arrive within 30 minutes of purchase.
- Register your organisation and administrators: Set up your company account in our LMS. You can invite people to administer specific courses for you – send them an email and they can log in too.
- Add learners: You can invite learners manually or add them automatically by uploading a list of names and email addresses. You will then be ready to invite learners to access course content relevant to them.
- Add more courses: Once you are set up in our LMS and see how easy it is to use, you may want to buy more courses to roll out to staff. If so, let us know and we’ll help.
You can access a wide range of reports, graphs and statistics from your account on the LMS to manage the rollout and demonstrate course completion records for compliance and audit purposes.
Everything you need to know will be clearly set out in the emails and user guides, and in the help section of the LMS once you have logged in.
SCORM
When you buy staff awareness training courses to host on your LMS, we will prepare the SCORM files and email them directly to you. Here’s how it works:
- Purchase online: Log in to your account on our website. If you have not purchased before, set up an account or apply for a corporate account first.
- Open your ‘thank you’ email: After your purchase, you will receive details confirming what will happen next. Check your junk folder if this email does not arrive within 30 minutes of purchase. The same email address will be used for step 3.
- Open your delivery email: This will contain a secure link to zipped files just for you. Follow the link and download your files, and they will be ready to upload to your LMS. You will receive your download link within one working day of purchase.
Customised
When you want to customise a course with your branding and any specific content or messaging, you will first need a quote for the work. Here’s how it works:
- Get a quote: Fill in the form on the speak to an expert page or use live chat to request a callback to discuss your requirements.
- Place your order: If you are happy that we’ve understood what customisation you would like us to apply, go ahead and order. You will receive a ‘thank you’ email.
- Share your brand assets: You will need to send us your customisation requirements, for example your company logo or brand guidelines. We will confirm we have received them and then we will work on your order.
- Approve the proof: We will send you a draft to check you are happy with your customised course. When it is finalised, we will let you know by email.
- Access your course: Your customised course will be delivered within three working days of purchase. When you receive your email confirming that it is ready, follow the instructions on this page depending on whether you have opted for a SCORM package or free hosting on our LMS.
